A New Cretaceous Coniferous Plant Species Discovered

A new species of Lower Cretaceous coniferous plant discovered in sedimentary deposits of the Almargem Formation, in the Catefica fossiliferous deposit, Torres Vedras, was baptized with the scientific name "Watsoniocladus cunhae", in honor of a DCT-FCTUC professor and researcher of the MAR.
