This year, the traditional Christmas party of the Physics Department of the University of Coimbra was associated with a tribute to Dr. Ermelinda Antunes, for her exceptional work in identifying and describing numerous 19th century physics instruments.
The tribute began at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 15, followed by a visit to the collections of the former Physics Office.
