Admission to specialized training for medical physics specialists

Government Order no. 96/2024/1 of March 11 has been issued, regulating the admission process for candidates to specialized training leading to the title of specialist in medical physics. Among other things, this legislation establishes the requirements for admission to the specialized training provided for in Decree-Law no. 108/2018, revised by Decree-Law no. 139-D/2023. This is an essential step towards consolidating the career of Medical Physics Specialists in Portugal. The first competition is scheduled to take place in 2025.
