Field trip to CIMPOR

The images illustrate the study visit to the CIMPOR cement factory, in Souselas, within the scope of the curricular unit "Non-Metallic Mineral Resources", of the 2nd year of the degree in Geology.
The main objective of the visit was to get to know the cement production process, with particular interest in the exploitation of raw materials in the company's quarries.
