Quality Policy
The LabSed university matrix provides with scientific, technological and knowledge transfer training, orienting your activity towards the following objectives:
- Continuously identify the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties aiming their satisfaction and the recognition of the technical quality of services provided to the community;
- Ensure the skills and technical training of its employees, guiding their actions towards the continuous improvement of the services provided under the principle of impartiality;
- Promote the modernization of its technological structures;
- Carry out tests and laboratory work for which it has the means and the necessary organization, in order to maintain high levels of quality in the services provided;
- Participate in R&D projects of excellence, which allow for an innovative and dynamic intervention, increasing cooperation with the faculty's reference Research Centers and establishing collaboration networks with public and private entities at regional, national and international levels.
