Abstracts, papers and posters should be submitted electronically (via EventKey), by the following dates:
- Abstract submission deadline - 23rd January, 2023
- Notification of abstract acceptance - 23 rd February, 2023
- Early Bird Registration - 24 th January - 23 rd March, 2023
- Late Registration (authors) - 24 th March - 23 rd April, 2023
- Late Registration (for professionals) - 24 th March - 23 rd May, 2023
- Full paper due for review - 23 rd June, 2023
- Notification of paper acceptance (with any requested changes) - 23 rd August, 2023
- Final paper due - 23 rd October, 2023
