Description:

The STEAM, Gender and Mentoring workshop aims to promote the deconstruction of gender stereotypes, and develop strategies and mentoring processes to attract and retain more women in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) fields. In addition, good mentoring models will be explained so that students and future teachers can become instrumental in this deconstruction and in attracting and retaining more women in STEAM fields.
