He is an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar; President, Founding Partner and researcher at the Portuguese Center for Geo-History and Pre-History. He is an Associate Researcher at the Geosciences Center of the University of Coimbra. He has a PhD in Prehistory from the University of Salamanca and 22 years as a teacher and researcher in prehistory and vertebrate paleontology from the Cretaceous and Pleistocene. He has directed several research projects in prehistory and vertebrate paleontology and has written a number of publications and scientific articles on these subjects.
