Local Health Unit of Norte Alentejano

The data correspond to a survey applied to users of the 15 UCSP and 3 USF of the Unidade Local de Saúde do Norte Alentejano, EPE in December 2010, from a universe of 6,792 users of UCSP and 2,936 users of USF.
A total of 1,117 responses were received from the UCSPs and 609 from the USFs, which were then treated statistically, corresponding to response rates of 16.4% (UCSP) and 20.7% (USF).
