The book Revolution and (Post) War, 1917-1922. Spring and Autumn in Europe and the World, published by Routledge, reflects on the one of the most remarkable periods of the 20th century. The book covers the Russian Revolution of 1917, the First World War and the birth of Fascism. Using a methodological approach and a wide range of sources, the nine chapters present a new analysis and synthesis of these three major themes, analysing he way in which the world was reshaped between 1917 and 1922.

Edited by integrated researchers Clara Isabel Serrano (member of the Scientific Coordination and member in Group1 – History, Memory, Public Policies) and Sérgio Neto (member in Group1 – History, Memory, Public Policies and Group 4 – Artistic Currents and Intellectual Movements), the book also contains chapters by CEIS20 integrated researcher Sérgio Dias Branco (Group 4 – Artistic Currents and Intellectual Movements) and José Luís Lima Garcia (Group 1 – History, Memory, Public Policies).
