CEIS20 researcher appointed coordinator of UNESCO Chair
UNESCO Chair – The City that Educates and Transforms
CEIS20 collaborating researcher Isabel Baltazar, a member of the Europeanism, Atlanticism and Globalisation group, has recently been appointed coordinator of the UNESCO Chair – The City that Educates and Transforms.
With the approval of UNESCO – United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the UNESCO Chair UniTwin – The City that Educates and Transforms – was constituted, unified by the International Cooperation Programme, whose work is carried out by RICET – International Network on the City that Educates and Transforms, led by ISEC Lisboa and comprising 12 higher education institutions from Portugal, Brazil, and Guinea-Bissau.
The inauguration of this Chair took place in the Sala do Arquivo, Paços do Concelho, Lisbon City Hall.
