“Body, Spirituality and Nature in Benilde or the Virgin Mother (1975): On Manoel de Oliveira’s Cinema between Existence and Transcendence” is the topic of the February session on The Transcendence of the Screen, a monthly activity of the CEIS20 Film and Interreligious Dialogue project coordinated by Maria do Rosário Lupi Bello (UAb/CECC-UCP) and Sérgio Dias Branco (UC/CEIS20), and co-organised by CEIS20 and CECC, with the support of LIPA. Maria Irene Aparício (IFILNOVA/UNL) will attend the session as guest speaker.
