PROYECTO DE INNOVACIÓN Y BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DOCENTES AVANZADOS/COORDINADOS (Nº 22-219): “TENDIENDO PUENTES DESDE EL MUNDO CLÁSICO: EL DIÁLOGO COMO RECURSO EDUCATIVO” (2022-2024).
> PADLET <
This is a project funded by the University of Granada, overseen by Professor Mónica Durán Mañas. Participating institutions include the University of Granada, University of Coimbra, University of Cádiz, University of Málaga, and the International Association Alma Clásica.
Additionally, Professors Cláudia Cravo and Susana Marques from the Centre for Classical and Humanistic Studies at the University of Coimbra are integral members of the project team.
The project aims to modernise educational practices by reinterpreting classical references to better suit contemporary society. It fosters the creation of an interdisciplinary pedagogical innovation team to collaboratively adapt teaching and learning methods to the 21st century. The goal is to promote equality, inclusion, entrepreneurship, and employability among students while facilitating internationalisation, digitalisation, and knowledge transfer. These efforts shall be supported by cascade training, aimed at developing innovative teaching materials and resources and improving students' learning strategies and assessment techniques. Faculty and students will work together to create digital educational resources and design educational workshops to empower students in the shaping their educational journey. The resulting products will be creative, innovative, interdisciplinary, and inclusive, forming part of a repository of open activities accessible via DIGIBUG for ongoing use in educational contexts. Furthermore, the project includes workshops with secondary school students as part of the Rome Foundation Day celebrations, promoting inclusivity and engaging society in academic activities. Additionally, among other initiatives, the project will publish a bilingual edition (Spanish-Portuguese) of mythological tales by Alicia Esteban Santos.
