Before applying to the course you want, you must check if you meet the requirements mentioned in the Opening Notice, by selecting the corresponding cycle of studies.

(1) This course will only start in the current academic year if this minimum number of registered students is reached.

(2) The places are distributed in specialisations with course, namely:

- Specialisation in Philosophical Law Sciences – PhD with course: 4 places ( 1st phase: 1 place, 2nd phase: 3 places)

- Specialisation in Civil Law – PhD with course: 15 places ( 1st phase: 8 places, 2nd phase: 7 places)

- Specialisation in Procedure Law Sciences – PhD with course: 10 places ( 1st phase: 5 places, 2nd phase: 5 places)

- Specialisation in Business Law Sciences – PhD with course: 10 places ( 1st phase: 5 places, 2nd phase: 5 places)

- Specialisation in Economic Law Sciences – PhD with course: 8 places ( 1st phase: 4 places, 2nd phase: 4 places)

- Specialisation in Public Law – PhD with course: 15 places ( 1st phase: 8 places, 2nd phase: 7 places)

- Specialisation in Criminal Law Sciences – PhD with course: 15 places ( 1st phase: 8 places, 2nd phase: 7 places)

- Specialisation in Historical Law Sciences – PhD with course: 3 places ( 1st phase: 1 place, 2nd phase: 2 places)

Important: Applicants who were not offered a place or who were offered a place and did not enrol nor register for the course can opt to carry over their application into a new phase, if there is one. The applications that are carried over remain unchanged and new documents cannot be added. If applicants having their application with the status “Invalidated” or “Not-Admitted” want to apply in a later phase, should apply again and pay the corresponding fee.
