For UC Students, Alumni or Applicants
Use the Academicos Online E-mail Form by means of its various options, since it is the most adequate communication channel to request information about courses and academic issues, submit suggestions, complaints and thanks. You just have to fill in the form and select the category of the information or service you want. After successfully submitting the request, we send an automatic reply with the registration number assigned to your request.
For official communications with the services
Use the Academicos Online E-mail Form, by choosing the option I AM AN ENTITY EXTERNAL TO THE UC. This option is aimed at the official communications with public entities or higher education institutions, among others, concerning institutional issues related to Students, the courses offered by the UC, and several academic issues.
For the UC Organisational Units
Use the Academicos Online E-mail Form,by choosing the option I WORK AT THE UC. This is aimed at all the workers of the UC (Professors or Non-Teaching Staff members) who can access with their credentials of the UC, and the identification data are automatically filled in. You may also use the telephone contacts and email addresses of each area and staff member by accessing the reserved area of the Services: UC Reserved Area (aimed at Professors and Non-Teaching Staff of the UC)
Academic Services Assistance | UC
The Academic Services Assistance of the UC, provided by the Academic Management Services (SGA), intends to respond to all requests for information and services related to the UC’s Training Offer and the UC Students academic pathway, and other services concerning Exams and Academic Degrees.
This assistance is aimed at UC Students, Alumni, Applicants and other persons interested in these Services.
ACADEMIC SERVICESThe SGA handles all the academic requests, from the application to the diploma issuance: enrolment, registration for curricular units, special exams, status, awarding of ECTS credits. |
FACULTY SERVICESEach Faculty, or Department, has its own services where you can obtain information about classes/lessons, assessments, schedules, classes, registration for normal or supplementary exams, submission of written assignments. |
