Registration

All participants have to register and pay to attend the conference, as only registered paying participants will be allowed access (online or in person).

At least one author from co-authored submissions and chairs of panels who are not authors of papers must pay the registration fee to present their paper either online or in person.

• If you have submitted an abstract, just login with the email and password previously used and click on "Registration". When you submitted your abstract, you were asked to choose a tentative modality type (online or in person). If now your modality type has changed, there is no problem. Simply choose the modality you will actually use for the conference.
• If you have not submitted an abstract, please click on the link abovementioned and create your account. Then, just select "Registration".
• When choosing your category, please refer to the description presented in the next section (Registration Fees).
• After registering, you will be prompted to pay the fee. You can pay right then or access your personal account at a later time to make the payment. Please be aware of the payment deadlines (early and late bird), as informed in the section Registration Fees below.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees are based on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita corrected by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) (2023) (expressed in current international dollars) of your institution's country (Data Source: World Development Indicators / World Bank Group; last updated date: 19/09/24).

Portugal is the first country of the Low GDP per capita, so countries above Portugal in the list are considered High GDP per capita (i.e., > 48.758,86), while countries below and including Portugal are considered Low GDP per capita (i.e., ≤ 48.758,86).

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received up to April 25, 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after April 25, 2025.
